WHO WE ARE
Established in 1987, Hanna's Candle Company began when Burt Hanna started making potpourri in his home's basement using botanicals collected from his front yard. In 1992 Hanna's began experimenting in the candle business creating the first samples from canning wax purchased from a local grocery store. The Fayetteville, Arkansas company was soon renamed Hanna's Candle Company and has grown into one of the largest privately owned candle manufacturers in the nation*. Burt has been a member of the National Candle Association since 1994. He received the National Candle Association Hall of Fame Award for Special Achievement in the candle industry. Fast forward to 2015, Hanna's launches a new division, WeddingCandles.com. Why you ask? For centuries, candles and weddings have been synonymous. Increasingly weddings are becoming more and more personalized and what better way to showcase that then through the candles and containers Wedding Candles.com has to offer, taking your wedding ceremony from special to spectacular!

Choosing The Right Decor
When choosing what style of candles and candle holders you want for your wedding, first decide on exactly what kind of look and feel you want to create. Each type of candle and coordinating holder makes a certain statement, so choose carefully. You may want to mix and match styles, dedicating one look for the wedding ceremony, and a completely different one for the reception. Below are a few suggestions to help guide you in your decision-making process.
- For a more understated look, go for the elegance of delicate votive cups, or opt for the stunning beauty of floating candles.
- To make a bolder statement, perhaps you may want to choose larger, glazed or clear, glass jars that can hold pillar candles, thus giving out a brighter and bigger flame for you and your guests to enjoy.
- If you want something with a more classic and timeless feel, then our tapered candles in lovely, slim holders will be the perfect fit for you.
